I feel both Jon and his assistant Sheila are highly professional, right to the point, know the market and don’t beat around the bush. They are honest and realistic re: pricing, condition the actual value of what they are selling. My first meeting with him was like I knew him forever. He looked around and within a very short period of time told me what he thought we should as for it and what we could most likely get for it. There, he was wrong. We actually got the asking price which both surprised and satisfied me and my wife. Would we recommend him? In a New York second!
